To sell or not to sell...? That is the question.

'Tis the season of uncertainty for Coast Guard families across the country as many (including ours) anxiously await to hear their summertime fate. Our time in Traverse City officially expires in a few months, and although we'd love to stay here another year, we will most likely be moving to a new station shortly after the school year ends. Our station "wish list" includes Kodiak, North Bend and Humbolt Bay, but we're anticipating either Atlantic City or Jacksonville. Wherever it is, we're sure to meet lots of fabulous people and experience lots of incredible things- we always do. Unfortunately, this transfer involves a few extra details that we haven't had to deal with before- including selling our house and taking the girls out of their first elementary school and away from their first "best friends". I have a feeling there are going to be more than a few tears shed when that moving truck arrives!
