Fossil Beach

I had such big plans for showing Melissa all that Kodiak has to offer during her short week with us. Unfortunatley, the weather decided not to cooperate, and many of the outdoorsy treks I had envisioned us doing sort of lost their luster. We did take advantage of one of the least-yucky days to make the hour long drive out to Fossil Beach...only to find it almost completely enveloped in fog when we arrived! Oh well- it was fun anyway, and we did find some great fossils!
