Well, we don't get a lot of traffic jams here on the island, but we do run into some unique traffic situations on base. The main road into the station, which you must travel on in order to get to the airstation's hangars, the commissary, the fitness center, the galley (most everything!) goes straight over the taxiway. Occasionally you'll approach the taxiway to find a C-130 or helicopter heading directly for you....and you stop to let it pass. We met up with a C-130 yesterday and thought you might enjoy some pictures.
