We checked out a morale boat on Thursday afternoon in an attempt to fill our freezer with halibut before Jerod took off for Cordova on Friday. Well, we had a very nice boat ride, saw lots of sea otters, jellyfish, puffins, and even a whale....but didn't catch a single fish. Seems that the infamous "buoy one" that everyone goes to for great fishing is actually one of a couple "buoy one's" - and we went to the wrong one! Go figure. Next time, next time.....
