Trip Journal- Day 6

Apparently our minivan-pulling pop-up camper looked suspicious….we had pull into “the compound” and set up the camper for the customs officer to paw through. It didn’t take too long, but it did set us back a little bit. Other than that, we made good time yesterday and stayed the night in Battleford, Saskatchewan at the David Laird Campground. Again, a simple little place but it was clean and there was lots of room for the girls to run. There were little prairie dogs everywhere, and that was all the entertainment we needed. Well, that and a nice fire with another batch of s’mores!

Our big excitement for the day was hearing from our Realtor…our closing is scheduled for July 2!!!!
